Professional Experience: Nicky has spent a large portion of her life involved in the trades. Her father was a Master Plumber and Master Electrician. From a young age she learned to appreciate the construction and remodeling of homes while working in the family owned appliance and flooring business. Nicky spent countless hours in the workshop and design center. Adulthood lead her to Purchasing for the Public Sector where she enjoyed developing relationships with clients and vendors. When the opportunity arose to develop an RV Park from the ground up, she jumped in with both feet. Working with contractors, city and county officials, TXDot, etc. she developed the raw land into a successful business, with a 90% occupancy rate, within three years.
Over time, the thought of becoming professionally involved in real estate remained a goal. This past year she decided to pursue her dreams and become a Sales Agent.
Outside Interests: Nicky loves to take road trips. Her idea of the perfect vacation is to "throw a dart at the board and let fate take you where you need to go." In her opinion, there is no better vacation than seeing our beautiful country.
Personal Information: Nicky has been married to her husband Dan for 12 years. She has three daughters: Ashley and Hannah (both married) and Melissa, 11, who is heavily involved in the Dance Dept. at TJC.
Little Known Fact: Nicky loves old homes. The character of those homes has a draw that she just can't resist. "The thrill of the hunt" brings excitement in real estate to help others find that home they can't resist, and fulfill their vision.
